Privacy policy
Updated: · Bookmaker Blog editorial team
This policy explains what information Bookmaker Blog ("we") processes when you use bookmaker-blog.com.
What we collect
Server logs. Like most websites, our servers automatically record technical data for each request: IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the time. We use these logs to keep the site running and secure, and to fix errors. Logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted.
Outbound clicks. When you click a link to a betting operator, we record which page you clicked from, which operator you chose and when. We do not record your name or contact details. We pass the page address, but no personal information, to the operator so it can attribute the visit to us.
Cookies. Bookmaker Blog does not currently set advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not sell personal data.
Betting operators' sites
When you leave our site for a betting operator, that operator's own privacy policy applies. Operators set their own cookies and must verify your identity and age under their licence conditions. Please read their policies before you register.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, data protection laws give you rights to access, correct or delete personal data and to object to its processing. These laws include Nigeria's Data Protection Act 2023, Kenya's Data Protection Act 2019, Ghana's Data Protection Act 2012, South Africa's POPIA and data protection laws in Latin America and francophone Africa. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details on our about page.
Changes
We will update this page if our practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
